RETURNS / EXCHANGES / REFUNDS
Artisanal production. Each piece is made individually, to order or in small batches (usually no more than 4–5).
This process offers no flexibility and no volume margin. Every order must therefore be placed consciously.
This model does not allow for returns, exchanges or refunds.
Each item is checked carefully before shipping to meet the quality standards I set for myself.
However, no one is perfect. If a seam comes apart sooner than expected, please contact me and we’ll see what can be done.

Bpost (4–9 days): €20.00
Free for orders over €500 - EUROPE (EU)
Bpost / Local delivery (5–14 days): €20.00
Free for orders over €500 - REST OF THE WORLD
Bpost / Local delivery (8–20 days): €40.00
Free for orders over €500
Delivery times exclude order preparation and packaging.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
Depending on your order and destination, local taxes or customs duties may apply upon receipt.
I cannot take responsibility for these fees. Refusal to pay will result in the cancellation of the order.
Transport and customs clearance costs related to a cancellation will be deducted from the refund.
Orders shipped outside Europe are subject to import taxes calculated by your local customs office.
Please check your country’s regulations before placing your order.
Authorities may request additional information or payments before releasing the parcel.
If the customer refuses, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
Return shipping costs and rejection fees will apply.
Customs duties are not refunded if an order is returned.
